Refund, Return and Transfer Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days upon commence of the services you opt from us after that we are no liable to refund or return the amount you paid to us. And the Registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

 

Extension of Course work due to candidate’s reason

“In the event that a student encounters challenges in completing or attending the minimum required classes within the stipulated course duration due to personal or extenuating circumstances, they may seek an extension beyond the course deadline. However, to facilitate this extension, the student will be required to remit half of the original course fees. Moreover, should a student decide to alter their course, they must undergo the application process as a new candidate. It is important to note that, in such cases, no fee refunds will be provided. The allotted timeframe for completing any course extension is capped at one year from the initial registration date.”

 

Transfer

You can transfer your counseling service from one to another if you have chosen the wrong course by mistake. And same will be in the case of internship and training courses. In any case you transfer your internship or training course from one course to another, you will have to pay an additional fee.
